Product Introduction

Amine Catalyst A33 (Catalyst A-33)is the most widely used foaming catalyst (blow agent) in the polyurethane industry. It can be used in multiple product categories such as polyurethane foam, elastomers, and coatings.

Amine Catalyst A33, Also known as triethylenediamine solution, it is a liquid catalyst for polyurethane materials with CAS number 280-57-9, molecular formula C6H12N2, and molecular weight 112.17.
Composed of 33% triethylenediamine (TEDA) and 67% propylene glycol, it is a colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid at room temperature, with a density of about 1.033 g/cm ³ (20 ℃), a viscosity of about 100 mPa · s (25 ℃), and a flash point of about 79-88 ℃. It is mainly used as gel catalyst to catalyze the reaction of polyurethane foam, especially for the reaction of isocyanate and hydroxyl. It is widely used in soft, semi hard and hard polyurethane foam, elastomer, coating, adhesive, etc. The packaging specifications commonly include 18KG/barrel, 25kg/barrel, etc., which need to be sealed and stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated place.
