Yangzi Petrochemical HDPE 5000S is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) filament-grade raw material, primarily produced by Sinopec’s Yangzi Petrochemical. It features high strength, easy processing, and other characteristics, making it widely used in film, pipe, and daily goods manufacturing. ‌‌‌

Feature of HDPE 5000S

1. The high molecular weight and narrow distribution ensure excellent spinning and stretching properties, resulting in balanced linear and nodal strength of the drawn fibers.
2. The tensile yield strength is ≥22MPa, with a fracture elongation of ≥500%, classifying it as a high-strength grade.
3. The density ranges between 0.948-0.954 g/cm³, and the melt flow rate varies from 0.62-1.30 g/10min depending on the grade.
